First Aid Services brings you a full team of experienced, passionate and down right professional staff. We are based in San Diego County and currently offer services county wide. First Aid Services is committed to providing you with skilled staff, using the most up to date equipment and 100% dedication to your attendees, to help you achieve the most successful event possible.
Our Story
Founded in 1981 - First Aid Services, LLC is one of the only locally-based providers of San Diego’s finest On-Site Emergency Event Medical Staffing & community wide CPR/First Aid Training. We help make your event a safe, fun and a successful experience for you and your patrons. From EMTs, Athletic Trainers to Registered Nurses and Doctors, we provide safety and emergency care for all types of events.
Our First Aid stations attend to the welfare of more than a million people annually at events in San Diego County and selected regional locations. We provide BLS (basic life saving) care including OTC (over the counter medications), we supply all medical gear, supplies including AED and Wheelchairs too! We collaborate closely with local ambulance agencies to help facilitate transport units if required by your medical plan. Our services also include your Medical Plan if you don't already have one and we work regularly with the Fire Dept. to ensure you're within the proper staffing guidelines.
We are the provider of choice for concerts, youth and professional sports, festivals, parades, conventions, caterers, event coordinators, motion picture and television producers, private industry events and military events.

FAS is led by EMS passionate individuals with each member having over 20 years of experience in the medical and emergency medicine field. We uphold the values of good leadership, constant training and education of our entire team.
Our Founder
Sheila Goldfarb
For 40 years, From 1981 to 2021 Sheila Goldfarb has owned and operated First Aid Services of San Diego. Providing first aid and medical services for group activities and special events throughout San Diego County. With the guidance of Sheila Goldfarb, her staff of Registered Nurses, Paramedics and EMTs have built a reputation of personalized patient care, professionalism, and a level of consistency, caring and concern that exceeds client expectations. ​ We wish Sheila a beautiful retirement and we vow to always uphold her standards and then some!
